Horrible, absolutely horrible customer service. The dealer agreed to hold a vehicle for me for about four days while I was getting the money together to make the down payment. We spoke several times and agreed on a date and time to meet to check out the vehicle, test drive; and even sign the papers. Then I asked the dealer to email me a copy of the contract, and Carfax. The dealer sent me a blank contract, with barely nothing filled out which was a waste of time; also the dealer did not send me the Carfax and stated that he was no longer willing to hold the vehicle as previously agreed and then stated that he made no statement that he would hold the vehicle; and that he was selling it to someone else. Since, I live over 100 miles away and was also waiting for the financing to be approved, gather the down payment it would make sense to hold a vehicle for less than a week to gather all of the documents and get approved. This dealer is not to be trusted and will not tell the truth. Buyer beware.
